  1. Each student has to stay in college hostel after his / her admission.
  2. No student will be allowed to go to his I her native place except on break-days Vacations under any circumstance.
  3. No student can keep a mobile phone, iphone.,ipad.,tape, radio, camera, gold ornaments etc. with him/her for use in the hostel.
  4. Parents /Guardians will he allowed to meet their wards only once in a month as per the schedule given below. They can also contact their ward(s) over phone once in a month If they so desire, but this should be avoided as far as possible, as such phone calls shall distract the concentration of their ward(s). Time schedule for phone calls and biting days for Parents/Guardian(s)
    (a) Meeting the 1st year students:
    On 2nd Sunday of every month between 9.00 am. to 5.00 p.m.
    (b) Phone calls to 1st’ year students:
    On 4th Sunday of every month between 12.00 noon to 5.00 p.m.
    (C) Meeting the 2nd year students:
    On 3rd Sunday of every month between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
    (d) Phone calls to 2 year student:
    On 1st Sunday of every month between 12.00 noon to 5.00 p.m.
  5. No student of 2nd year class shall be allowed on any ground to leave the college and go to his/her native place after the publication of Test Examination results, till the completion of CHSE exam.
  6. It is mandatory on the part of each student lo attend all types of examinations conducted by the college.
  7. The students and their Parents/Guardians are requested to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the college as per their undertaking given in the admission form. Any violation of Rules and Regulations of GBIST or Mis-behaviour or Mis-conduct by a student or his/ her Parents/Guardians shall lead to disciplinary action against the student concerned. Depending on the seriousness and nature of the offence the disciplinary action can be Taken which may be in farm of fine to the tune of maximum 1.000/- or expulsion from the college.

Disciplinary Action / Punishment

(1) If the student will misbehave with other students or facuy, hc/she will be fined ₹1000/- for the first time. Repitition of such action will attract Issue of compulsory T.C. and expulsion from college.
(2) If d student involves himself /herself in criminal activities or highly objectionable activities in the eyes of the management, he/she will be expelled from the college.
(3) If the student shall damage anything of the institution, the cost of repairing or replacement is to be borne by the parent of the student.

Take a tour

Note that the tours are booked well in advance and only a certain number of parents can be accommodated on each tour on first come first serve basis.

Also it should be noted that the tour does not guarantee that the child will be accepted in the school as this depends on the availability and also the eligibility of the child.
